Bringing Japanese products to the world
In March 2019, Kaneko Co., Ltd. celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding.
First of all, to the customers, from the bottom of our hearts, we would like to give the most sincere thanks to those who have supported and regularly paid attention to the company.
With a 100-year history, Kaneko's business philosophy has always been “A device to protecta safe and peaceful life” and committed to produce, continued to innovate the technology which is helpful for society, that is also the foundation to develop the human resources and technology.
By responding to the trust that people have given the company over the past century, we always try our best to meet the expectations of our customers in the next century.
We always findthe best way to build our company’s image. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of our company, we decided to establish the second business which is the group's biggest goal such as starting a large renovation. We have always placed “customers’ trust and product quality”first. However, that is not enough for the needs of today’s society. Not only maintaining customers’ trust and product quality, but we alsofocus on improving production plans and controlling the prices in the best way. Therefore, under the sponsorship of the parent company, we will arrange our legal representatives in China, Korea, Vietnam andglobalize the group to reduce costs and develop the production market by building the co-ownership system of products and spare parts altogether
In the future, with Japan as the research and development base, South China and Korea will establish bases for sales and production of special products,after that, Vietnam will become the “manufacturing base” -aiming at becoming the main factory for the group.
We think that the working activitiesfirstly derived from “MANPOWER”
We introduce the work division system, clarify the salary and bonus system, improve and build the working environment with the standardization of work content such as introducing the training program to maintain the quality according to the standard ISO 9000, training the human resources with vision to the next 100 years. We are improving the relationship between employees and the company, raising employees' awareness such as maintaining the motivation, improving the labor productivity, building a harmonious working environment in the multicultural environment with cultural differences.
On the other hand, this is just a comment based on personal opinion, we think that if the work quality is stable, the staff will put their “heart”into the work they are doing.
Whether to receive ISO9000 certification or practice as much as possible, but the most important thing is creating a working environment for employees to put their “heart” and “love” on each product.
I think the spirit of 「Quiet Technology」 is established from the foundation of the “goal of enhancing the best quality of life” and the origin of "manufactured goods" which “can create a high-quality and reliable productto protect the peaceful and happy life” for the next centuries.
STK Group will continue to work with the spirit of “Quiet technology” without forgetting the “production origin” to meet everyone's expectations. We are very grateful for your understanding and support.
